OFSTED has rated Signpost as an Outstanding provider.  This is further evidenced by Signpost's key achievements. The organisation has:

• stabilised children who have experienced multiple placement breakdowns
• demonstrated a significant reduction in the levels of challenging behaviour and physical intervention
• improved relationships between child, parent and professionals
• ensured high levels of school attendance and no exclusions
• received positive feedback from placing authorities 

Signpost is one of the very few children's home Providers in the UK to have been awarded ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management Systems.
